Nike probably playing it safe with Kobe's return date.

i believe someone tweeted about a HTM 9 releasing in December
also one of the recent release calendars somebody posted in the Kobe 8 thread showed a 9 elite in december

More than likely just the colorway/materials on that specific pair. Expect it to cost more than standard retail, and very limited.
