Nah he got kids by the actress girl, and became engaged to Joy few years back.oh my bad, i thought i read they had a kid and were together,.
This is insaneLets support more policies that crush the poor.
She wasn't trying to go back to Miami at any costJoy did all that talk about women needing to lift themselves up by the bootstraps only hand out her cheeks to various folks for a job is
NYers taking the MTA's side is crazy.
The A train better look like the LIRR in a couple years if this policy stays.
The MTA is a corrupt and absurd intuition.
and congestion prices are good.
see how easy it is to hold two ideas in your head at one time?
Why is the approval rate so low then relative to the 89% of NYers who take the train?
65/35 last I checked were against it.
Wait for Uber/Lyft/Taxis/Delivery services to start adding those fees to invoices.
1. because most people are innumerate don't understand how markets work.
people don't like the fees when they are proposed but when they actually take effect people like.
2. You know what will be even more unpopular? Service cuts from MTA budget shortfalls.
Moneys gotta come from somewhere. might as well get money and reduce congestion.
luckily 89% of NYCers take public transit to work.No matter how you look at it, an extra $200-300 a month for a full time worker per driver is insane.
No one cares about state of the art subway stations. People care about safety and less craziness on their commutes. No amount of cameras or shiny subway carts will solve that.
luckily 89% of NYCers take public transit to work.
How many NYers are there? ~ 8 mill
90% take the MTA apparently. In reality there are ~ 4 million daily MTA riders.
Lets say 1 million daily drivers going into an out of Manhattan. Thats an insane tax for 1 million cars. Thats more cars than most states.
People coming from NJ are paying $22/day with this new policy. Plus garage/parking. Its ridiculous and the subway issues wont be resolved with this.
Instead of tackling issues like fare evasion, employee time theft, unchecked overtime, and rider safety, the proposed solution is to grant them an unlimited pool of money under the pretense of addressing pollution. It's astonishing that people buy into this nonsense.Knowing NY, this is just going to lead to more stolen and fake plates. Just wait for all these daily drivers to get their first monthly bill.
