lacob's probably hella mad that he might have to absorb wiseman's luxury tax hit should the deal fall through..

i actually think the warriors' FO still goes thru with the trade (and maybe requiring Portland to pay for GP2's salary this year if the can finesse that –idk) on the strength of saving like $30 million in lux tax
 


Russ has received some well-deserved criticism over the last couple of years but saying he isn't a top 75 player is a bad take. Winning MVP an average of a triple double for multiple years in a row (something that many historians didn't think was possible) are huge accomplishments. His resume is unimpeachable

That being said, if I wanted to win a championship I wouldn't want him on my team and I was much rather have guys like Pau Gasol or Tony Parker
