Prisoners was so damb dope

Haven’t seen dune

I tried to watch enemy but I couldn’t get into it. I’ll try again

I watched Enemy, I liked it for what it was but it isn't anything like Prisoners of anything he did afterward.

If you like surrealism, and weird imagery then maybe you will, but the plot is not straightforward. And the ending is weird

Dune is really good though

I think his obsession with Avatar is a mistake, but other than that James Cameron is def on the list of greatest to ever do it

Memento was ok

But I was completely confused until the very last scene. The girl I was watching it with didn't get the ending, and when I had to explain it to her she was heated.

I tell people now, if they are gonna watch it, they need to be locked in from the jump...

Was def on the webz looking for explainers before my 2nd watch to put the pieces together

But Scorsese is my GOAT

And an unpopular opinion, I rate David Villeneuve over Nolan.

Nolan is one of my favorites though

Denis but yeah he might surpass Nolan when it's all said and done.

Might not be as slick as some of these other directors but his catalogue is nuts and replay value is super high for me.

Scott has the breadth that can only be matched by Spielberg. Nobody does a sword and sandals movie like him

Off Dune alone he gets the nod over Nolan, that **** is a masterpiece

Outside of Casino and goodfellas, I don't really rock with Scorcese, I get that's like saying outside of the the Jordan 3, 4, and 5 I don't **** with Tinker Those are amazing films

Nolan is tough for me because Interstellar is an all timer for me as is Dunkirk, I just can't rock with any of his other movies like that.....
