I love how weirdly informal the refs are when they’re announcing the decision to the scorers table after they review a challenge:

“Upon review, Keaton Wallace grabbed Gobert’s wrist illegally and it is a personal foul on Wallace.”

So informal. In the NFL it’s, “Holding. No. 79 of the offense.” Sounds weird when they refer to names colloquially.

Pulling for yall. Mostly because of Ime and Cam but still would like to see yall succeed.

I predicted them to finish in the west 5th before the season started, so they’re well ahead of that currently. I love how this team plays cause they play with Ime’s temperament, and Brooks and FVV are also anchors of that. I’m very curious about the playoffs just cause adjustments are made, and on any given night, I have no idea who will go off for this team. Despite limited playoff experience overall, they’ve played plenty of playoff type atmosphere games, so that’ll help down the line.

The Clippers’ local broadcast team has turned critiquing the refs’ performance in those situations into a thing. They get into facial expressions, body language, intonation, etc. And they have created a Bill Kennedy scale. It’s pretty funny.
