Either some of these teams are easing up in prep for the postseason (Nuggets, Celtics) or these bad teams are getting better.

To Houston's credit, they've seem to be really playing better every game lately for the past 2 weeks or so.

Probably both. But it feels different for Boston since they could slip compared to Denver who's pretty secure at #1
