This means nothing. The 80’s and 90’s were out of shape overweight dudes like Mahorn, Oliver Miller etc., that were looking to put you down constantly with hard fouls with no threat of a fine or any penalty other than a common foul. They had no intention of sliding their feet on defense or jumping to block a shot.
