The Official NBA Season Thread: NBA Cup Begins | Embiid Debut | Klay Return

Gotta do something, and those 2 moves are at the top of the list.

We are now in year 6 of the Zion experience and it’s looking as disappointing as the first 5
Need to just make the Ingram/MPJ swap. Ingram is a better player but MPJ would be a much better fit next to Dejounte and ZeeOn.

Nuggets could use Ingram’s scoring punch. Maybe Joker can force him to shoot some 3s.

Definitely tracks with what I’ve seen from him so far. He’s playing decent minutes and doing some nice things can tell he knows how to play as a pro and fit into a team but not really able to show his stuff yet cause the speed and level of the nba is the big curve for him rn.

I am not with trend identifying after four games to this degree.
With this new NBA, the early part of the schedule is more important than ever. About 12 teams in the west that want at least play in bids. 4 games will be the difference from the 3 and 7th seed.

Can’t get too mad at the 6ers protecting their asset (Embiid) when Toronto is protecting their best asset (the pick) by tanking.

Back in my day a bad team rolled the ball out there and was bad.

They laughing, but they going to blow a lot of teams off the floor of of sheer hustle, defense, bombing away and running them out the gym. Especially the mid/bad teams and teams that don’t got it night to night.

The pelicans looked gassed.
