Is Ham really that poor of a coach? I don't closely follow Lakers basketball, but every time I come across a meme about their losses, it's blaming Ham. It's a genuine question because there always seems to be a scapegoat found by a Lakers player.

Preferential treatment for Prince/Reddish, not playing Rui enough the first 50 games of season, insane starting lineup choices, not recognizing the true identity of the team, unwilling to change defensive coverages. All while having the top four healthy for most of the season.
