Im a one motion shooter more like Steph and Trae Young ( not as good, but I can shoot no cap) but I agree its not the most aesthetic. I would teach someone to shoot more like how Booker, or Klay shoots. The traditional way.

Kinda depends on how high a player naturally jumps with his jumpshot.

High jumper: Two motion
Lower Jumper: One motion

For example, I always think of the amount of height Stephon Marbury used to get in his jumper, there was no way he could be a one motion shooter.
