I see. I wasn't aware he was getting loose like this here and there before. To me the makes the fact he's been able to do it for a 22 game stretch in BK a bit more impressive. I guess having the greenest of green lights helps too.

I definitely see why a team wouldn't have wanted to let him go before but it makes even more sense now.
Monty used to make him focus on defense, offensive outburst from him seemed to be bonuses. But yeah, he was starting to find his grove on offense before he got traded.

He is surprising me a bit too, shooting the ball extremely well. I called him one of the best three and D dudes before this run, but he is playing at a All-Star level right now

Plus mans only makes around 23 million a year for the next three years.

I thought Brooklyn was gonna trade him in the off-season, but I dunno which contender could even afford him if he is playing like this.

Too bad Simmons is completely cooked, the Nets would be in a great place.
