This CBA is just like every CBA in NBA history. It's really about Owners vs Owners with players getting some things but losing others. Sadly some owners didn't like how owners that wanted to win were still allowed to spend. The players got increases in minimum salaries and didn't take a blood bath with their portion of basketball related revenue. This deal will benefit some players over others but until the owners can stop their hating ways when it comes to teams wanting to spend to win this will be the reality
