Whats funny about the track star situation is most the nba players who got offended were the ones who stayed home. That put all the pressure on the guys who actually went to prove him wrong. Kd showing once again why his ceiling is passenger and not a driver.

Also on a seperate note FIBA should be THE tournament. Second most popular sport in the world but the best tournament is one where we are just another side show amongst other games? It’s preposterous to think we didn’t let capitalism and other matters get in the way of international competition in FIBA. We got gold in the last Olympics. The NBA, it’s players don’t take FIBA seriously and we end up in the same news cycle.

Thats what makes all the players getting offended even funnier to me. Anyone whos traveled or atleast been amongst other people knows that americans thinking the world revolves around them is a real thing. Alot of folks view us this way we call it the world series, world champions etc. No one is actually debating the turkish league is better than the nba
