Most people aren't watching because they like the sports or the product is great but because they are betting on the sport. This is especially true for the NFL. Always cracks me up when their ratings get posted. Those people are just watching to see if their fantasy team is going to win or to see if those parlays hit.

It’s wild to me. Pretty much every sports talk radio show I listen too, even if they don’t have direct partnerships with parts of the gambling “machine” regular talk about spreads, over-unders, prop. bets, etc.

Chris Berman shared his gambling picks and current spreads in a slick way back in the day. He’d predict the score of each NFL and then one of the teams would be highlighted in yellow. Most times it was the team he picked to win the game, but sometimes it was the team he picked to lose. As a kid, I thought this was a production error. It wasn’t until almost two years ago that I got it:
