The Official NBA Season Thread: SFA Prevails

Like OKC is finally starting to play their guys and actually begin to build something. Their team just has zero size without Chet and needs to improve shooting. Learning how to play together though so they'll be ready for when they're able to add another couple guys.

Bron & Russ doing AD a disservice :smh:

Those 2 hi-jacking the offense for iso-ball killed all the momentum and ultimately cost them the game, along w/bad transition defense.

Inexcusable that he only got 2 shots in the 4th.
We would've gotten blown out if it wasn't for Westbrook.

Lakers were winning games before Bron came back

:nerd:

Roughly a quarter of the way through the season:

MVP - Giannis
ROY - Mathurin (Paolo has missed a few games)
DPOY - Brook Lopez
MIP - Bol Bol?
Sixth Man - Mathurin
COY - Joe Mazulla?

Paolo probably still takes ROY when its all said and done.

Yeah, pmatic pmatic that is a solid list but I do no think there is a world that the rook Mathurin wins ROY AND 6MOY. Is there any sort of precedence for that?

Been a beast but so has Jaylen Brown so can't really put him ahead of Freak imo

Him and Luka round out the top 3 though

I hate to say it but Luka will deserve 3rd for the numbers he puts up as he carries this less than stellar roster all season but where he actually places probably depends on where the Mavs finish and as we’ve noted, it’s too early and too close to call. But those 3 have definitely played the best ball through the first 1/4 of the season.

Good luck and god bless Silas trying to convince the perimeter players on the Rockets that they should "Play thru Sengun more" …Might work if they just have yo out there by himself in the 2nd unit
That’s the real problem

Don’t know how happy Stone would be if Silas benches Green/KPJ because they’re dribbling nowhere instead of looking for Sengun & cutting.
