I'll be watching the games regardless, but the stakes really aren't there to stoke excitement/engagement for the tournament. I don't think being casual fans will care about being crowned a tournament winner and players get more money (why do fans care about that?).

Dudes who’ve been in the league 3-5+ years who shoot under 31% from 3 should not be allowed to hover around the 3 pt arc. Boys should be required to cut to the basket.

Dudes don’t even cut to the lane anymore (ironically the best shooter ever, Steph) does it more than anyone.

You’ll have 2-3 guys hover around the arc, while the ball handler is getting trapped. Just standing there not trying to get open.

It’s aggravating. To many terrible shooters are attempting 3s nowadays. Nothing wrong with shooting the rock if you’re “like” that but a lot of head coaches and assistant coaches are imparting confidence upon dudes who can’t shoot.

Brook Lopez had me so hot opening night (even though he’s an exceptional shooter so he’s different) but down the stretch, under 3 or 4 minutes left, Dame or Giannis got trapped. Either by the logo or scorers table and Brook sat in the corner 3 pt spot, the entire time and didn’t move a muscle.

Had he cut baseline or came towards Dame/Giannis, he would’ve had a high percentage shot. He just stood there :lol: :lol:
