They’ve just been following the same schemes as the Caps (and Nats to a lesser extent) except they don’t have a name that actually makes sense like those teams. So it just seems dumb.

The bullets were originally red, white and blue. That’s why they reverted back to that color after they where white, gold and blue in the early 2000s

When has Bron ever admitted to being involved in anything dealing with front office shenanigans?

Why would he risk actually admitting to this?

Listing to bomani’s latest pod with Dominique and they compared bron to jerry jones, made too much sense

Yes, but the original Wiz scheme was just the same as what the Caps were at the time. Then Caps switched to Red/White/Blue in mid-late 2000s and Wiz followed suit a few years later. Think it was the year after Wall was drafted.

They’ve definitely been shooting for similar schemes. Is the same ownership after all too.

This makes it easier for fans to identify the teams rather than one having a different color scheme.

Ownership should look into some name changes, too. I think Washington Hockey Wizards & Washington Baseball Wizards would help even more with brand identity.

I love their GLeague affiliate uniforms

There is a good player in Giddey if he is put in the right position. Stupid trade though from a poorly ran organization.
