I feel like Kareem deals with three different issues. He deals with not being popular and well liked. His criticism of current players versus his standard (you gotta remember what he stood for and who he rocked with back then). And being tempered enough not to sound bitter (like Shaq comes off as now a days).
I agree with Vince. Kareem probably saw the tea leaves and comments that were being said about him and is trying to be tempered now.
Bron does the no comment approach. Whereas you can see Lebron has reverence for MJ. Or Kobe.

I didn’t go all the way through the thread, so I don’t know if it was mentioned, but Ros was in a bad car accident not too long ago and hurt her back which prevented her from being active, and the size increase followed. So she might be able to get back down if/when she’s 100%
