Besides, there are more streaming services coming. Making one for CBS, Disney, WB, etc. aint the move.

I was curious about that as well, did they go with Snoop because it takes place on California or something. Otherwise yeah Wu Tang should have been the easy pick for soundtrack. Really I would have liked a Samurai Champloo music feel but might be to out there for the movie.

If you like Choi, Favreau, or the movie Chef, you should really like this show. Even so, there's enough cool insights into food and being a chef that I think most people could enjoy it.
Ugly Delicious is another one like that which I really recommend.
