I got these not too long ago. I don't believe I ever owned a pair of Air Max 90 in my life. These will come in handy to match a couple of Detroit Lions throwback jerseys I have.

The pic is from the snkrroom site which is a legit shop from NJ. I’ve ordered many shoes from there. They usually have promo codes almost every Sat so I am waiting for a 40-45% code. The toe box even has that carbon fiber look so unsure how comfy it would be in that area.

Eye finally stopped being my a B and finally seam-ripped (from the inside) the OG tongue off these NBYs.

Had to brighten the pic.
I have a tennis bag that uses that type of CF vinyl material and after 10+ years, the vinyl has deteriorated and cracked.
I imagine these use a similar type of vinyl and could be quite stiff (compared to the usual mesh anyway). Breathability could be quite limited as well.

Yessir. I wanted the tongue to be that Lime Blast color in the first place. However, NBY doesn’t offer an option.
I’m just glad that I saved the green tongue that is on them from a pair of Daybreaks. The Air Max tag was from a pair of CLOT AM1s as well.

I really hope they use the same material as the one on the Air Max 1 Crepe Hemp but made it look like carbon fiber.
