Wow. these are EXTRA whack. No cohesiveness to the shoe at all. Swoosh just slapped on there. Flywire OVER the swoosh. Laces all lopsided. Glitter OD. :x

$219.99 or $229.99

The price is ridiculous for what is a very simple looking shoe with barely any paneling or overlays. The older LBJs had leather and were far more intricate from a design and construction point of view yet cost less. Nike will be laughing all the way to the bank if they can get cats to pay $200+ for 'mesh' shoes.

Will wait for these to get down to the $120 mark before adding a single pair to the lineup.

... Sniff...I wasn't complaining, because yeah that CTK is a great CW on a great silhouette, FACT. But guess my point is, that the new uni's which are ONLY those 2 colors, isn't blowing my hair back the way the uni's were when Bron was there. Especially those navy alternates...which I have the Remix IV and white/navy VII for. And according to a few others here and some jersey heads in the authentic jersey thread, the current uni's are meh at best.

Many are hoping that some HWC colors surface etc and that would be great, but I think a lot of people are putting the cart before the horse...

The color palette available on the Soldier 8 though is a VERY good sign of things to come for the 12 though.

Oh sweet baby Jesus, please Nike do something with the HWC for the public this year!!! This PS is and these look GREAT.

I've been pro Lebron XII in this thread since it started and I'm still a fan of the areas I've liked and still believe, and have now seen, it's a shoe that the colorways will dictate all...but part of the reason why these PS's look so good is no one is doing them on angles showing that boring, huge, plain medial side. That will still be the real test for me on how great these could be. It makes up too much of the shoe for me to just give it a pass haha. And I still stand by my love of the full visible air on Lebrons. 360 air bag would have set these off and really had them in the running for a top Lebron model IMO.

The XI spoiled us IMO. It was love at first sight with that model. These, I'm not so sure about. The swoosh is just too low. And throws off the look and makes them look cheap.

Just my 2 cents, I have been following this thread and I actually like the lbj xii. I haven't owned any of the 11's, I do have some soldier vii's but from what I have seen the xii looks dope. I wear mainly Kobe's and jordan retros. I'm a big lebron fan though and he is the best player in the game. My opinion on these is that they will look sharp on feet and better in person.
