^ Not it isn't. ROTD is white on white, these are white on grey.

Even then, ROTD aren't even all that great. Better than most of the colorways released, but they're really not that special imo.

Kobe's pair of cloaks looked extra purple, could just be the angle the pics were taken, or maybe he had a PE made without the blue tint so he could wear them in a game
