From the batch you up'd, I like these 3 the most.  First two, nothing major about them but I guess I like the colors, the composition (symmetry) I probably would have sat on the rail and had someone take my picture.

The last one I qouted, quess I like frame in frame and perhaps the "story" behind it.  Keep us updated on how the oil spill continues to affect your area with photos and thanks for sharing!

Black & White - More Here!
Nice!

Here are a couple of my photos, nothing major...
I'm still chopping away at the 52 weeks assignment groups on Flickr, here is a recent assignment "Looking Into the Past"

This was tough to execute, because it was HOT that day

but seriously, just lining up the image, couldn't pull the focus with both hands being preoccupied. But overall it was fun to do and find the place my pops took this original photo.

Another assignment, "Books"

A photo from a recent soccer game, "The Penalty"

As always, please feel free to C/C and visit my Flickr for more.

Wow. One of the coolest Lomos to come out. You know I have a love for panos and this is just dope. I know you can do this with a iPhone app but something about actually doing this on film just makes it better. I am getting one for sure.

Some examples:

Going to Ohio for next weekend. I'm thinking about renting a lens.

I already have a 35mm f/1.8 that I am selling, but I'm going to unbox it again for the trip.

Any suggestions on what I should rent?

Nothing special. Just a beautiful Chicago cloudless sunset. Peep the building lights cheering on the now newly crowned NHL Stanley Cup champs...Chicago Blackhawks!

Hmm..never been to Ohio, but if taking any landscape/city shots....go wide....10mm? Perhaps go creative and get a fisheye? According to NT...Ohio isn't the best place

I am not sure if you can find one for rent but get the Tokina 11-16 f2.8. Peep the link for some example photos:

I want to sell my cannon rebel xs with the kit lens. Do you guys think I should sell it to a store to B and H or should I sell it on e-bay? If you recommend E-bay, how much should I sell it for?

Well if you sell it to B&H, you will take a loss but will get money quick I suppose. If you choose e-bay, expect to get about a little over $300 or so depending on the condition of your camera. New Canon XS seems to go for $435 or so. I guess it depends on how quick you want to sell it and if you want to take a loss or not.

Great stuff in the past pages guys.

Kicks R Me : Dope pics of the Louvre... the sepia tone really adds to it. On the last one, it would have been greast if the couple was in focus, either way great shots.

Maurice McL : Dope pic of the Canon AE-1 Program... I own one myself.

Thanks. It's mostly going to be used as my primary lens, something quick, when I'm with friends.
The Tokina lens is available on borrowlenses.com. The fisheye, my first choise, is already rented.

Has anyone ever dealt with www.borrowlenses.com?
