given what your needs are you'd be fine with whatever camera you'd choose...but what would you be comfortable to spending though? for bang for your buck a sony rx100 (it is ever so slightly thicker than an s100) version i or ii (if you search around and don't mind scooping a used one) is pretty much the best compact camera for around the $250-$300 you'd spend on a new s1xx, and the version ii has a tilt-able screen for the selfie game, otherwise the cameras you are looking at aren't all that much better than this current generation of smartphone cameras other than having optical zoom, which isn't a small thing but that would depend on how useful having zoom is to you...
I wouldn't want to spend more than $400. I think that's how much I paid for the s100 brand new.
I've heard good things about the Sony but how's the self timer feature? I have an Olympus too that gets rarely used because it only takes one picture and cannot be changed.
I'll look at it since the tilt seems dope but I usually just use a tripod and go stand a few feet back to get a dope backdrop along with the outfit pic.
