Of all PS games, he chose GoT?
I guess
Idk, I’m not the most technical guy by any means but I see people talking about how some their games (Silent Hill 2 and Alan Wake 2) somehow being worse on the Pro and it boggles my mind. I guess you could blame the devs. I was hyped for the Pro but for $700, I expect my guys to hit a locked 60 and to definitely perform better than the base PS5.
Maybe I’m just salty but I’d prefer they figure out a way to ensure majority of games hit a locked 60 fps before worrying about raytracing. I feel like that feature demands so much and isn’t really worth it.

I think due to sticker shock (which I still don't understand in 2024), most people are overthinking it.
My short review of the Pro is that I could not go back to the standard device without being super annoyed. The way it maintains frames is wild, and from a graphics perspective I'm only using a 1440P display. Coming from a medium gamer with a 4090 desktop as well, the Pro truly blurs the lines between high-end PC gaming and console gaming—finally. And again, the Pro just launched. For it to be as good as I have experienced this early is impressive, and it has exceeded my expectations.
I've heard some titles are not ready, just haven't experienced this myself.
