the nylon material is what causes the creases, when you put the hat on it goes away! If you're talking about the bill it doesn't come curved like the other 2.
a friend hooked me up. he only had 2 of them.

Ordered my son some stuff on the 28th got here this morning with the 35$ delivery through fedex.
Macys is big on them delivery games tho. I hate them.
