I get that, but I'm not tryna have two of the same game and would rather put my time towards playing a game I haven't played or finished yet vs playing it on PS4 and then again on PS5.

Avengers is a GaaS like Destiny so they "might" have new content to go with the release of the new systems.

I just watched the SS trailer. It looks good but it's all CGI and 2 years away. I'm more interested in Gotham Knights. I'd probably skip Avengers altogether if Gotham Knights was dropping this year.

I'll play all 3. I'll treat Avengers just like Destiny. I drop in and drop out as new content rolls in. GK & SS I'll play with my boys and drop once done.

Avengers getting copped if my brother buys it. I'd rather play something like that with friends than to run every FPS that drops.

Avengers is a black Friday pickup for me.
I enjoyed the beta but I wouldn't pay retail for the game.

That SS game video may be in game engine
Watch how stiff her jacket is in the wide shot instead of falling open, and then watch how her hair has no physics in the close up. Not CGI.

It's got a Sunset Overdrive look to it and inFamous sounding traversal so I'm interested.
Story driven single player with co-op sounds good. Next gen only so even better. I love CG trailers but they need to be paired up with gameplay otherwise it just tells us nothing.
Maybe it's because I'm not a hardcore DC fan but it's hard to get excited for these characters.
I would've expected their most popular characters like Superman, Aquaman, Wonder Woman to get their own games first before the likes of Gotham Knights and Suicide Squad.
I guess with these co-op games there's more chance to implement GaaS like Avengers which can make you more money.

So update on my PS4 catch up effort...
Copped the console during lockdown and First 2 games i’ve played through are Uncharted and HZD.
Seems ive set my expectations very high as i threw in TLOU remastered and was very underwhelmed. Should have played it on PS3
Tried Shadow of Mordor next... Combat system seemed clunky compared to HZD so quick pass on that.
So i cut to the chase and started God of War. **** has been epic so far
