The QUESTION Jay-Z thread

that is a reasonable theory with an easy to follow narrative supported by established symbolism, and your observation is inherently relevant to the source material.

Thank you for your mature response.

It also connects to the themes of the album, and themes of the other videos.

The album 4:44 came out on June 30th. In this fast paced era of media, it is rare that an artist would release a video 5 months after the release of an album. I feel like he has been strategically preparing us for something.

Shawn Carter played the game in order to attempt to change the game.

That was the Blueprint.

He is now in a position where he can make some real power moves.

It will be interesting to see how this all plays out

So jigga gets jiggy with Obama on the low and wants to start a new colony in africa taking all the minorities?

Jay Z just relesed another "Footnotes" documentary on Tidal with the focus being Flat Earth.

It is interesting that he is still releasing 4:44 content.
The subject matter continues to get even more interesting.

Has anyone seen it?

He doesn’t provide a specific stance... but the imagery and overall cinematic presentation suggests that he believes in Flat Earth.

I know people don’t want to hear this... but the homosexual angle is still there as well.

He has one song left on the album that he hasn’t done a video for. That song is “Caught in their Eyes” featuring Frank Ocean. The chorus to the song is... “I’m ready for a N...”

It is all interesting to say the least

The more I listen to this album and synthesize it with his videos and everything else I see and hear... it is clear to me that Jay Z is rapping about other men.

He has one video that he has not released yet for this album. It is "Caught in their eyes" featuring Frank Ocean. Remember when we all thought Frank Ocean was straight?

It is interesting that this song starts off with the lyric... "Ready for a *****." Is he speaking literally, or figuratively?

Who is the "their" in the "Caught in their eyes???"

The first line off of Holy Grail is...

"You take the clothes off my back... and I let you."

Is Justin Timberlake speaking literally, or is it just a coincidence?

Listen to the introduction of "What's Beef" by The Notorious BIG.

Puffy says...

"Do you know what beef is? Do you know what "Beef" is? Now ask yourself... do you know what BEEF is..."

He is literally taunting the listener using double entendre.

He isn't talking about rap beef. He is talking about beef being the behind of another man.

I really don't think all of these men are gay. I don't know though.

I do think though that they have been paid to spread gay messages.

Try to listen to the beginning of Hypnotize with an open mind.

Puffy says...

Take that, that that...

Biggie says...

Ugh, Ugh...

And the beat drops, simulating what could be interpreted ever so subtly through sound as sexual act.

Listen to it and tell me what you think.

Also listen to Mo Money Mo problems with that same "ear."

The chorus goes... "I'm coming out."

Could that be Biggie saying that he wanted to come out as a bisexual or homosexual?

It could be interpreted that way is what I am saying. Our minds are conditioned to think one way considering the context of certain situations. That doesn't mean our minds are being tricked in the process.
