i dont know of any stores that will call all the people who DIDNT win the raffle. only raffle winners get called to confirm their pair if they want or not. only time losers got notification is from nike and thats for their new online raffle system. that thing either sends u an email saying they reserved your pair, or that they were unable to. trust me, i got the latter for the shattered backboards and pinnacle 1s....

Ftl is notorious for hooking up hella friends of the workers. Chances are the management staffs top of followers all won. But there should be plenty to where u can still secure these.
