So basically you don't get an increase for one thumbs up, but multiple ones.

It also appears the higher your rep, the badge changes color.

Green when you're at 20, and ? for when your at 30 and so on.

I just hope no one abuses this.

But apparently you can't give more than 10 "thumbs up" a day.

So it'll stop the scammers/trolls.
