This 22-year-old Wildcats pitcher has been winning athletic awards since the beginning of her softball career, receiving league MVP in 2001,'02, '03 and '04, and was named Los Angles Times Player of the Year in 2004. That was high school. Most recently, Taryne was named theWCWS Most Outstanding Player in '07. Oh yeah, and she took some smokin' pictures, too!

Twenty-two-year-old Krista Colburn was named Easton first-team All-American, first-team NFCA All-Pacific Region, All-Pac-10 first team andsecond-team All-Pac-10 Academic. She led the Bruins in average (.382), runs scored (50), hits (66), triples (2) and on-base percentage (.483). To top it alloff, she was one of five players to start all 55 games, leading off and playing left field in every contest. That, and she rocks the hell out of sky bluepants.

For Louisburg's '06-'07 season, Misty hit .496 for the season, recording 67 hits, eight home runs and 42 RBI. Ohyeah, and she had 16 doubles, three triples, 17 walks, an on base percentage of .561 and a slugging percentage of .837. And no, she's not an alien.

Angela is a softball strikeout legend. With 1,470 strikeouts at the end of her Junior year Angela has the sixth-best strikeout total in NCAAhistory. In 2007 Angela had 617 strikeouts, the fourth-highest single-season total in NCAA history and led the nation in ERA. Jessica is a smooth fielding veteran leader in the outfield committing only two errors in her career starting in center field! She's also asecond-team all-state selection in the outfield, as selected by VaSID, was one of five players to start all 65 games for the Hokies, and batted .274 on theseason with 52 hits, including five doubles and four home runs. Just think of her as a blond, female, softball-Jesus.
