Our AC been out for the past two weeks. Been around 85 degrees during that span and humid. Finally getting the unit replaced this coming week. Y’all think three weeks of no AC would cause any permanent damage to sneakers?

No, not 3 weeks. If they're stored for years in hot/humid conditions that could though. You're fine.
