Usually stuff work, family, girl. I just need something for myself that is new and betters me as a person. Feel like a stagnate piece of ****. Cut back on  my drinking a lot which only exacerbates my feeling of worthlessness ironically

. I need a worthwhile hobby!

went to bed last night at 830 woke up at 5 for work.  Still tired 

.  Its like no matter how much i sleep im still tired like 50% of my life

i can't sleep.

i need like a vacay by myself for like a week and not talk to anybody during that vacay. i just wanna drive to some place hella far to think.

Take a mini vacation. Anytime work/life gets too stressful, I take a day to myself and just do whatever. Go to the next city over, or maybe just stay in your city, and just do whatever you want to. Turn your phone off and all of that.

Sleep cycles, man. Start reading about them and do things so that you can set alarms to wake you up during the right cycle. A difference as small as 15 minutes can mean the difference between jumping up and feeling ready for the day and being groggy for the next 16 hours
