I got crazy respect for the good single mothers that don't have good family support systems but are still trying to do the right thing. I baby sat for one of my close friends last night so she should could go to the gym after being at work teaching kids with special needs. She is a good person. Dude shouldnt be denying his seed like this. Probably thought he could get over cause she a white girl. %+*%%% up @@%@.

Anyone realize after following certain athletes on twitter just how dumb some of them really are? On the flip side some of them are very intelligent.

bjj.  i was actually talkin to Rusty Shackleford about it in this thread how I regret not wrestling when I was younger.  When I see dudes who come from a wrestling background its just BEASTMODE.

i train at Werdum Combat Team in LA.  Gi only although I am thinking of doing a bit of no-gi if I can find some extra time.
