DMV is terrible. I hate VA, to many rules and ****. I want to get MD plates so I can tint my car one day. Plus the county I live in you have to pay for everything!

They are really strict with tinting windows out here? That sucks!

Yeah man VA is terrible. I have a buddy who has MD plates but lives in VA. That way he can do what he wants to the car.
