Honestly, if you're getting it from chipotle or some fake Mexican spot I get it. Hell if you're making it I get it. People don't know how to make that ish right. It's simple but people fuhh it up and it's like you're eating a avocado mash potatoes.
IPA is disgusting and I think dudes that drink that are just trying to be alpha.

Agreed. I tried guacamole/avocados from enough places to form a solid option on it. It's just not for me.
IPA is good. Like most beers, it's an acquired taste. I know more girls who drink IPAs than guys so I definitely don't think it's an "Alpha" drink. Warlock > Pumking

Y'all know IPA was made by the old folk to last their trips at sea. Trips which took months at a time to complete. Regular beer would just go bad and spoil. IPA was created not for taste but for durability. So I think it's funny that men, mostly men, drink that ish and say, "this is so delicious!"
Can't blame them though. Brewers brew that ish with all types of ingredients and make it limited which brings the birds flocking.
Of course my opinion is biased but come on now. People just make a big fuss about it because of the alcohol content it has.

I drink IPA because it will KO me lol. It's an acquired taste for sure. I remember my bro in law giving me some Pliny back in the day and I couldn't stand the taste. I didn't drink as much as him. Gotta like malty beers (which I do) to like IPA.
Hipsters took it to the extreme, but now these dudes getting in to nasty stuff like sours and porters :x

Chill, Sours are amazing. I just don't like IPA. The strongest I had was the Dogfish Head 120 minute IPA. If I'm not mistaken it has any where between 15/20% alcohol. At that point I rather just take henny shots in my anal cavity.

yeah man its really good. i'll compare it to a mix of negra modelo and dos XX amber. the Heineken is much better though.
