An addition 4% tax on prepared meals on top of sales tax? So basically any meals prepared would be the cost with 10% tax.

This is a suggestion to lower the dependence on real estate tax? The houses here in NOVA are ridiculously priced as it is! I'd think they'd get their tax revenue for these homes starting at a million.

My friend was telling me his neighbor across the street got into an accident on the corner from his house. So immediately after the accident the kid gets out and sprints home, changes clothes and runs back to the scene of the accident. By then cops were already on scene and the kid claimed he wasn't driving and his car was stolen a couple days prior. The other driver of course IDed the kid and apparently he was detained by the cops.
