the sender sent the package on the 10th, it's been 9 days and the tracking still says "Label Created ready for UPS"

mind you this is an international shipment from Canada to the US

Have you contacted the seller about your package? Are you sure they sent out the package on the 10th? Because, UPS is pretty good in scanning packages upon pick up. But there still is a chance the lost it. Have you reached out to UPS? Tweet them, they are pretty good in replying back to package inquiries.
