What I got from it is all food is no good anymore so go ahead and eat what u want

What is this one about?

I watched forks over knives about whole foods plant based diets. That had me ready to be like whelp time to be a vegan....never could do it though.

My personal dilemma has always been chicken mostly. Low in fat high in protein easy cheap versatile. I struggle with the well i can get plant based protein instead...but like is chicken worse then the fake chicken that is soy based that has all those strange processed preservatives in it? Like how do i get my protein then? All beans? Idk just seems tough for someone trying to build muscle to do all that when chicken is so convenient
 
Rihanna wasn't a baddie to me until like 2011-2012

But shes def sexy as hell, sex appeal is off the charts, esp now that shes thick :evil:
