the thread about nothing...

Hour before you sleep turn off any electronics try getting into the habit of maybe reading before you sleep.. or anything but electronics.

Reading was always my pre-bed activity, but I always checked my phone one last time.

I need to get back into that...reading period. I've slacked majorly the last few months. My goal was 15 books for the year. I'm at 3.

I used to like the tv. I needed the light to sleep.

Now I need everything pitch black. My room and the hallways light and any surrounding bedrooms or else I'm bothered until they're off.

My sleeping habits are all over the place. I'd ideally like to fall asleep at 1am (my shift ends at 11 pm)

But that never happens. I don't think I'm falling asleep until after 2 tonight.

Had a great soccer practice.
Literally was losing to a team practicing next to us 3-0. Then we came back and won 7-5

How is it that Charlamange is getting under fire for Duvals comments?.. PC culture bouta be the death of 2017

I'm also ashamed to say I've never hunted for the best cheesesteak, but maybe stillin729 stillin729 can help.

I've heard good things about Tony Luke's and Dalessandro's.

I have to vote John's Roast Pork as the best cheesesteak and if you want some unique try Jakes Sandwich Board, they use brisket to make theirs

went to college in philly for 4 years (Drexel). Jims on south street is the best cheese steak in the city (Pats > Geno's but Jims is better then both IMHO). DiNics in reading terminal for a pork sandwich is worth it too.

Philly is cool but can't say i really miss it. Old town is basically the best area but living on 33rd and Market for 4 years i didn't really get to experience the "nice" parts of the city a lot.
