Which is ****in stupid. But oh well, good time to buy at the dip.

I feel like he’s doing it on purpose. He could pick it back up whenever he wants. Dude got designs to for better airplanes and such.

I’d go for the penthouse. Only because I don’t know where I’d want to buy land at.

Definitely penthouse in urban/metropolitan area.

I dint like suburban life, nor do i like to much quiet. It personally freaks me out.

There are many places a huge plot of land can be had for cheap.

Getting a really nice penthouse apartment in SF or NYC is a much harder ask. Neither really matters if you’ve got a wife/family though.

I’d get something in a nice gated community in the burbs that would be a safe place for kids to go outside and play.

Has a case study been conducted for why so many older white gentleman like and purchase Nike Monarchs?

Really I think it’s just older men in general. I’ve seen just as many older black men rocking monarchs. Isn’t it mike highest selling shoe if all time?

Honestly. I don't need much in terms of space. Location matters more. I'll never be able to afford a penthouse apartment unless I hit the lotto, but if I could afford a decent apartment in midtown manhattan one day I'd be happy.

All I really do when I'm off is explore midtown/downtown manhattan and frequent bars.

I'd love to know that my home is only a block or two walk away after happy hour.

Would you rather:

Have

A - a boss who is no help at all when you need help/direction in a crisis but will leave you alone to do whatever you want and you have almost complete freedom at work

or

B - a boss who knows what he is doing in an emergency/crisis but is a micromanager that breathes down your neck watching your every step aka no freedom at all

My bosses right now fall under A

It's not bad 95 percent of the time. On a typical day I never see my boss. It just sucks the other 5 percent of the time when something out of the ordinary pops up and they're no help at all lol

A would be cool. But I’d need to read guidelines. Like can I work at the office late nights, etc a family member of mine worked drafting I believe it involved lots of hours just designing.

Rather have B. At least they’re coming with that same energy every day. I get along with that type the best because it sets a goal for me to achieve. 100 difficult mundane tasks? I’ll try to do them all just outta spite and outta the competitor in me.

Some lazy SOB not knowing what the hell is going on is just gonna piss me the hell off and all my resentment will be directed at them as the reason for any failures.

I feel you on that as well. And if it involves more cash ,getting goals accomplished and achievement it’d push you harder.

I havent been in the office with my direct supervisor since November. I'm not a big fan of it overall but it definitely has it's perks.
