Celebrated my early birthday this passed weekend. Knocked out on my friend's couch (sitting up leaning on the side) for a few hours this weekend now my upper back has been hurting since. Can't lay/move at a certain angle without pain. I've used a foam roller but it didn't do much.
Just popped two advils..hopefully it'll go way soon. Cheer to almost being 29

Haven't watched an episode of GoT. I did not like Walking Dead and the hype for GoT reminds me of that.
