This probably does not apply to most of who you are referring to, but I know people in the military can get work done at no cost.
On a similar note, I know of this young lady who looks like the ones you see in the 90's hip hop music videos, all natural before this plastic surgery was so common. She comes from a well off family, dresses in designer brand head to toe. Her parents hold corporate jobs and have a nice home. But she chooses to strictly date hood dudes and drug dealer types.
