That was the big one. One of them came at me head on.
There was one I didn’t even realize how close it was to me and I was about to hit it in the head with the paddle. I’m not going to lie, froze up - thinking this **** is about to jump on me.
That would of been a disaster

I don’t know what else we use as a food enhancer ingredient other than salt or sugar for basic starter foods.
My dads Guatemalan side knows how to make some really great refried black beans. Sprinkle some cheese or mix in some sour cream....delicious!

How similar are Mexican food to Nicaraguan food? Believe it or not, I was born in Nicaragua. Parents speak fluent Spanish. Never had Nicaraguan food, but there's a restaurant in SF Mission St that serves it.

Not yet. I need a fade bad, it's been over 1 and a half month since I cut it. Starting to look like those Korean hair style. Haven't had it this long since high school.

Oh wow dude, that’s awesome! Sadly I can’t speak from experience as I’ve never tried food from there. I’ve had Cuban, El Salvador, Guatemalan, Argentinian, Mexican, Peruvian and that’s about it. I’d love to try some though. Latin food all have some of the same but they’re prepared different and that’s what makes it great.
Go try it sometime if you’re able to and report back, love to hear your thoughts on it.
