the thread about nothing...

had a feeling one of my fellow coworker was going to move on even prior to the whole covid pandemic. i assume he already had the offer for a while and was waiting to see if they would rescind it, which they did not. props to him for being able to move up during this time. i was just updating my resume during the time off :lol

I used to like those Air Metal Max at the bottom. I might cop if they decide to retro.

What happened?
Selling a pair of shoes and we agreed on a price and what time to meet up the following day. I give him the location then he doesn’t reply. The next day I ask if the deal is still on and nothing. I didn’t go because he never replied back, but it’s annoying that people do that.

Where u located?

When I sold shoes, this type of behavior happened a lot across all platforms whether was eBay or NT Buy/Sell. It's definitely one of the main reasons StockX and GOAT became so successful, but they also have their drawbacks.

I just realized I don’t even know where to buy none Nike shoes anymore. :{ :{

I remember trying to sell an og deadstock boxed pair of white/navy Air Metal Max for $40 at a sneaker convention. Nobody wanted them and ended up selling for $25 months later. This was back in 2005.

When it’s that cheap
Might as well keep them

I should have but instead put that money to some Jordan retros. I think it was the XIV’s at the time.

Cross trainers, usually do not maintain value. Air Jordans particularly the I, III, and XI seem to hold their value best. In 2008, I had to let go of some DS OG Jordans like XIV last shots and XII Playoffs for I believe barely $100 each.
