Or what HR keeps telling you they have a candidate that really wants the job but when you call them to set up an interview, they don't answer back your voicemails and/or emails.

You know what really sucks, when you apply for a job and get an interview and they never reach out to you afterwards. Or when you apply for a job on one of these job board sites and they show interest on their but they never reach out to you

I HATE THIS! I always make it a point to at least reach out to the candidate and let them know or send an email. I think a lot of people who are recruiters or in HR and do recruiting sometimes forget what it's like to be on the other side of things.
