@PoweredbyMSG and bendover bendover , how do you guys feel at the end of the day after you guys have ran/hiked for such long distances? Also, do you guys do any type of meal prep the day before your workout?

Usually I’ll take my long runs in the morning before it gets all hot so I’ll have a banana.
If I ran more than 8 I’ll usually feel sore at night lol I’ve noticed the more I run them the less sore I get.
i just started running back in March so this is all new to me too
I definitely recommend it, that after run feeling is amazing 😌
 
Waited since '15 for these shoes to come back out. See them in FTL when my mall opens back up. Bring them home.. "Why did I buy these" "Ehh"

Those are dope though, classic styling. Just put them away and you’ll get back to them when you feel like. It’s better than having regret later and have to scour ebay looking for them hoping you get them at a reasonable price. I saw this exact colorway at my Nike clearance store for $40 and passed. I will be getting them as soon as my state opens back up.

Oh wow, so no big meal before a run? I thought people had a regular breakfast before running but it does make sense to not be weighed down and feeling full while doing so. I’ll proabably do the same with some fruit before my run/biking.:emoji_thumbsup:

My sister says the same about running/exercising regularly. She’s hardly sore whereas my dumbass will stop after one or two days straight and sit for the next week :lol: :blush:
 
Fell asleep at like 9 and woke up at 2:30 yesterday. Been awake since :lol

gonna go get some food and try to smoke my self to sleep
