Like I stated before, I don't care if this person was straight, gay, white, black, yellow or whatever....he was degrading other people and making himself seem superior to them, all unprovoked. Dude was responding to himself and other members with another account. That is even worse than self-repping by clicking a thumbs up, this person was "repping" their argument/stance with additional account(s) to support his ignorance. So pardon me for using my brain to assume that this low-life classless person would have the potential to rep themselves as well. I wouldn't put the notion past them, nor do I care enough to debate the topic in depth.

again, I'm not defending him, you're right, he was condescending in a thread that had nothing to do with him.
I don't know him, don't recall ever PMing him.
I just don't see how 1 has to do with the other, and it's a shame that is how EVERYTHING seems to work on here.

Question for the car heads...had my tires aligned about a week ago and I guess they didn't tighten the lug nuts on all the way and my tire fell off while I was driving … luckily I was on a dirt road going about 15mph. I was able to put the tire back on and there wasn't any damage to the rim but a stud was somewhat bent and I lost a lug nut.

My question is will I be ok to drive about 60 miles on the freeway? I'll be going 55-60 the whole way to get the stud fixed tomorrow at a tire shop. The reason I have to drive so far is cause I'm in a rural part of North Dakota so there isn't really another option for me...

Missing just one lug ? You should be straight but be sure you put em on right and make sure they are tight. Just to be safe id go about 10-5 lower.
Speed limit is 60 id go 50-55 max wouldn't wanna risk it.

I dont know how some people have the nerve to say general fell off. Between the Spade tats thread, Trina presents: "TAM", Club 27 nonsense, and all the wimminz appreciation threads NTs been really entertaining lately.

How long have you been frequenting General? All that **** would have been a regular WEEK back during the "good ol' days".

I admit **** has gotten better lately but it hasn't been anywhere near the level of its glory days for a few years now.

Part of that is because certain characters that used to make General jump off have moved on to other things.

Yup just one lug missing and the truck pulls to the right but its always done that. Had them tightened with the gun by my neighbor and they've held for the past few days with no problem. I'm just paranoid when driving now...I have a wrench with me and make sure they are always tight lol. Don't know much about cars so not sure about the control arm or alignment.

Speed limit is 70 lol. I called a tow company and it would cost about ..500-800 to tow it...prices here are crazy due to the oil boom.

Anyway, I notice 2 of my lug nuts were missing. Why? Because the stripped my studs! Didn't bother to tell me and gave me my keys to drive away.

Got that crap fixed instantly AND got a gift card of 50% off my next set of tire purchase.

It was actually done at Tires Plus which is a large chain that does a lot of tire service and oil changes which was one of the reasons why we went there. It sucks cause every little noise I hear I think the tire is gonna fall off again …i drive with no music now and super focused on the road and my surroundings lol. I'm honestly glad this happened while I was going 15mph on a dirt road and not while I was doing 70 on the freeway ...who knows how bad the damage could have been
