I saw a trick where somebody put a piece of bread in the cooker and it absorbed the water.

I just use a pot and water. Africans don't know what a rice cooker is
I fixed the soggy rice. I partially removed the lid off the pot and turned the heat up

yeah I just cook rice on the stove nowadays, do miss the keep warm function tho
