Ran into my normal neighbor earlier, she of course asked about the nutnob neighbor screaming threats at me and my mom.
Apparently her husband happened to be working in the yard, heard the argument and then called the rest of the family to come listen in
So they heard every word.
She then said her husband thought that nutjob came off as an arrogant piece of **** in his interaction with him and that she had some friends who had negative interactions with him too.
One of her friends needed a new veranda installed so she called the nutjob's business. When the nutjob arrived, he looked at the potential client's dog and said "what kind of
abomination is that?" in a condescending tone. The client, already insulted, then asked the nutjob if he had dogs. He responded 'sure, but mine are german shepherds, purebred of course.'
The client then told him to get out and that she'd make sure all her friends in the area know.
No wonder his business records weren't looking too good
